Xwrap CemInject is a dry repair finely dispersed mixture for the preparation of high-flow, injection, anchoring, expanding mortar mixtures, mortar and concrete mixtures with compensated shrinkage. Xwrap CemInject is a cement-based powder binder with special additives that replace cement for the preparation of high-quality mortar and concrete mixtures. Xwrap CemInject can be used to prepare: • non-delaminating coarse-grained and fine-grained mortar and concrete mixtures; • concrete with high compressive strength; • coarse- and fine-grained mortars, and concrete, provided that they hardened in a humid environment during the first 2-3 days; • injection solutions that are not subject to separation or shrinkage; • of a fine mortar mixture for high-precision anchoring.
Application domain • Preparation of a finely dispersed mortar mixture for anchoring reinforcement, repair of brickwork and masonry by injection; • Preparation of mortar and concrete mixtures with compensated shrinkage, convenient for pumping over a distance, with high final strength; • Preparation of finely dispersed mortar mixtures for high-precision anchoring; • Filling of cavities and cracks in porous concrete, stone and masonry, by pouring or injection; • Preparation of a concrete mixture with compensated shrinkage to strengthen the foundations; • Preparation of a non-delamination concrete mixture with compensated shrinkage for filling rigid joints.
Substrate preparation The substrate must be clean and solid. Loose or peeling areas, dust, cement milk and traces of formwork grease must be removed and/or rinsed with high-pressure water. Before pouring, the base must be abundantly moistened with water. To strengthen the walls by injection, after drilling holes, rinse the inner cavity with plenty of water to clean the inner cavity of dust and small detached particles. Flushing of the cavity should be started from the top of the wall so that dust and exfoliated particles come out with the flow of water through the openings located below. This cleaning process must be repeated until all internal cavities are completely clean.
Preparation of injection or anchor fine mortar mixtures: pour 3/4 of the total required amount of water into the construction mixer. Then, while continuing to mix, slowly add the remaining water and dry mixture. After adding all the water and the dry mixture, continue mixing for at least 2 minutes until you have a homogeneous, paste-like consistency. Mixing proportions: 6.4 litres of water per 20 kg of Xwrap CemInject dry mixor 100 parts by weight Xwrap CemInject with 32 parts water. Preparation of coarse and fine mortar and concrete mixtures: Add the required amount of water, Xwrap CemInject and aggregates to the concrete mixer to obtain the desired consistency. Mix until a homogeneous composition is formed.
