Xwrap CemiFlow 40

Xwrap CemiFlow 40 is a non-shrinking, fast-hardening self-leveling repair mixture containing polymer fiber, designed for the repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.

Xwrap CemiFlow 40 is a ready-to-use dry mix material based on high-strength cement, fractionated sand and a special additive, containing a polymer fibre. When mixed with water, it forms a non-delaminating concrete mixture with high fluidity, which allows it to be used by pouring into the formwork. It is a high-strength concrete resistant to abrasion, has high adhesion to steel and concrete, has a high rate of frost resistance and water resistance. Maximum aggregate fraction 3 mm. Application thickness in one layer from 10 to 40 mm/
Xwrap CemiFlow 40 meets the requirements for R4 class repair mortars stated in GOST 56378-2015 "Materials and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures. Requirements for repair mixtures and adhesive joints of the contact area during the restoration of structures"

Application domain
Xwrap CemiFlow 40 is designed for repair and restoration of structures where the depth and nature of damage require the use of high-flow compounds:
• repair of concrete pavements of roads, airfields, parking areas and bridges;
• repair of industrial concrete floors, floors in shopping centers and warehouses;
• repair of reinforced concrete structures (including pre-stressed), bridge supports, beams, bridge slabs operating under the influence of static and moderate dynamic loads;
• waterproofing of joints of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures (supports, concrete slabs, etc.);
• Filling of rigid joints between reinforced concrete elements.

Advantages
After curing, Xwrap CemiFlow 40 has the following characteristics:
• high compressive and flexural strength;
• the modulus of elasticity, the coefficient of thermal expansion and the coefficient of vapor permeability are similar to those of high-quality concrete;
• water resistance;
• Excellent adhesion to old concrete when moistened
• water before application and to reinforcing bars treated with XWRAP AntiCor;
• High resistance to abrasion due to friction or shock loads.

Substrate preparation
The edges of the defective area should be contoured with a diamond disc perpendicular to the surface to a depth of at least 10 mm. Select concrete from the defective area to a depth of at least 10 mm, using a light perforator, needle gun. The walls of the site should be vertical, and the base should be smooth and rough. For good adhesion on the concrete surface, it is necessary to create roughness, with depressions of at least 5 mm. For perfect cleaning of dirt and dust from the surface of the site, it is recommended to use compressed air from the compressor and pressurized water from the water jet system.
