Due to the low viscosity and special properties of the product, it is used as a structural adhesive in the restoration of concrete structures by injection and impregnation. Component A is a mixture of epoxy resins. Component B is an amine hardener containing special additives.
Advantages ·Restoration of structures made of concrete, brick, wood, natural stone, glass, ceramic tiles and metal; ·Filling and sealing of dry and wet cracks and voids where structural strength is required; ·Repair of seams and cracks; ·Restoration and leveling of damaged concrete and plaster. Filling voids, potholes, etc.; ·Restoration of edges and corners of structural elements; ·When mineral aggregates are added, it can be used in the form of putty. Application domain ·Restoration of structures made of concrete, brick, wood, natural stone, glass, ceramic tiles and metal; ·Filling and sealing of dry and wet cracks and voids where structural strength is required; ·Repair of seams and cracks; ·Restoration and leveling of damaged concrete and plaster. Filling voids, potholes, etc.; ·Restoration of edges and corners of structural elements; ·When mineral aggregates are added, it can be used in the form of putty; Directions for use The surface must be structurally sound, blasted or otherwise blasted to a "healthy" base of free particles and weak concrete. The finished mixture should be used within 70 minutes. Xwrap Resin Injection should be used with a 1K epoxy injection pump, or with a rubber spatula until all surface pores are filled with the filler. Tools and equipment should be washed immediately after use. The set mortar can only be removed mechanically. Consumption Ratio A : B, % by weight Approximate consumption is 1.1 kg/m2·mm thickness. Consumption may vary depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate. To determine the exact consumption of the material, a test application should be carried out. Mixing The material has two components (A and B), which are packed in a precisely selected ratio. We recommend using a separate container for mixing the 20 kg set. If this rule is not followed, a greasy film may appear on the surface, residual stickiness or loss of physical and mechanical properties of the layer. To prepare the composition, it is necessary to open the containers with components, completely pour component A and component B into a container and mix with a low-speed mixer (about 300 rpm) for 2-3 minutes. Preparation of the mixture with quartz filler: to repair surfaces B, pre-mixed components A and B add quartz filler in a ratio of up to 1:10 by weight (1 binder, 10 parts filler). The filler should be dry, without impurities of clay and oils. The recommended fraction is 0.2-0.5 mm. Packaging Component "A": buckets of 15 kg. Component "B": buckets of 5 kg.
Storage 12 months, in the original closed package in a dry covered room, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of 15° - 30°C. When storing the material at a temperature below +15°C, significant thickening of component A is possible due to crystallization of epoxy resin. In this case, the material should be heated to 40-60°C (for example, in a water bath) and kept for 30-60 minutes. After that, the material will completely restore its original properties. DO NOT FREEZE!
