Xwrap Resin 530+ is a two-component epoxy compound for impregnation of reinforcing material with increased surface density and the manufacture of high-strength products obtained from pre-impregnated fabrics.
Component "A" is a mixture of epoxy resins. Component "B" is an amine hardener containing special additives.

Directions for use The concrete base must be dry (not more than 4% of residual moisture), chemically neutral, even (not more than 5 mm on the basis of 2 meters), strong (compressive strength of the concrete of the base is not less than 15 MPa, for columns is not less than 10 MPa, peel strength is not less than 1.5 MPa), have no weakened areas, cement milk, defects and cracks. Fragments of the substrate with insufficient strength, as well as areas contaminated with oils, must be removed mechanically. The temperature of the base during work should be in the range from +5 °C to +40 °C. Mixing The proportion of mixing is A : B = 2 : 1 (by weight). Mix components "A" and "B" thoroughly with a low-speed mixer (200-400 rpm) with a mixing nozzle for 3 minutes, paying special attention to mixing the material at the bottom and walls. The mixture should acquire a uniform light yellow color. Then stir for 5 minutes at a lower speed (in order to reduce air involvement). The composition is two-component epoxy Xwrap Resin 530+ for impregnation is applied in several layers (dry method). The consumption of the epoxy composition, depending on the unevenness of the base and the surface density of the reinforcing filler, is no more than 0.5–1.2 kg/m2.
Vitality (6 kg of the mixture, thickness 4 mm):
at a temperature of 10 °C: at least 90 minutes;
at a temperature of 20 °C: not less than 60 minutes;
at a temperature of 30 °C: at least 30 minutes.
Full curing time. ·at a temperature of 20ºC: 5 days Application conditions The air temperature is 5ºC-40ºC, the relative humidity is no more than 80%. It is recommended to apply the material with a roller or brush (dry method) or mechanized (wet method). Packaging Component "A": buckets of 20 kg. Component "B": buckets of 10 kg.
Storage Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Epoxy adhesive is stored in warehouses and transported in unbroken factory packaging at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher
