Xwrap Resin Laminate+ is a two-component epoxy adhesive for Xwrap external reinforcement systems, the "A" component of which is a thixotropic mixture of bisphenol A/F epoxy resins, active diluents, fillers, pigments and targeted additives. Component B is an aliphatic amine hardener containing special additives.

Directions for use Preparation of the base is carried out in accordance with the "Instructions for the preparation of the base and the application of polymer systems for protecting the floor surface", SP 29.13330 "Floors", SNiP 3.04.01-87 "Insulation and finishing materials". The concrete base must be dry (not more than 4% of residual moisture), chemically neutral, even (not more than 5 mm on the basis of 2 meters), strong (compressive strength of the concrete of the base is not less than 15 MPa, for columns is not less than 10 MPa, peel strength is not less than 1.5 MPa), have no weakened areas, cement milk, defects and cracks. Fragments of the substrate with insufficient strength, as well as areas contaminated with oils, must be removed mechanically. The temperature of the base during work should be in the range from +5 °C to +35 °C. Mixing The proportion of mixing is A : B = 4 : 1 (by weight). Mix the components "A" and "B" separately thoroughly with a low-speed stirrer (200-400 rpm) with a mixing nozzle for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Then mix components "A" and "B" in a weight ratio of 4:1 and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes in the container of component "A". The mixture should acquire a uniform color. Xwrap Resin Laminate+ epoxy adhesive is applied in a layer 3-5 mm thick.
Vitality (6 kg of the mixture, thickness 4 mm): ·at a temperature of 10ºC: at least 120 minutes; ·at a temperature of 20 °C: not less than 60 minutes; ·at a temperature of 30 °C: at least 30 minutes.
Full curing time. ·at a temperature of 20ºC: 5 days Application conditions The air temperature is 5ºC-35ºC, the relative humidity is no more than 80%. It is recommended to apply the material with a spatula. Packaging Component "A": buckets of 20 kg. Component "B": buckets of 10 kg.
Storage Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Epoxy adhesive is stored in warehouses and transported in unbroken factory packaging at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C. During storage and transportation, it is not allowed to place pallets with components on top of each other. Environmental protection In the liquid phase, components "A" and "B" in an unmixed state can lead to pollution of water bodies. Do not allow it to get into the sewer, soil and groundwater. The cured material can be disposed of as construction waste.
Safety requirements Epoxy glue can cause irritation to the skin of the hands. Before starting work, you should treat your hands and exposed skin with a protective cream. Be sure to use overalls, as well as rubber gloves and goggles. In case of contact with the eyes and mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with warm water and consult a doctor immediately. Training and briefing on labor safety should be continuous multi-level and is carried out at construction sites in accordance with GOST 12.0.004-90.
